My job is varied from carrying out a number of managerial tasks, working in different syndicate areas within classrooms and supporting teachers in their professional development. I also support Karen in any way I possibly can. I have the role of Special Needs Coordinator (SENCO) which means I oversee the support that students with special learning needs receive.
